About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a dynamic General Administrator to support our growing operations in Dubai. This multifaceted role combines HR administration, office management, and operational support in a multicultural business environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with exceptional language skills and the ability to wear multiple hats.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field;
  2. 5+ years of experience in HR/office administration roles;
  3. Fluency in at least 2 languages (English and Arabic), with trilingual candidates strongly preferred;
  4. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance;
  5. Proficiency in MS Office;
  6. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain expert knowledge of UAE labor laws and ensure full corporate compliance;
  2. Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and attendance management;
  3. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving workplace conflicts;
  4. Develop and implement HR/administrative policies aligned with business objectives;
  5. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure operational alignment;
  6. Organize staff training programs and corporate events to enhance engagement;
  7. Manage office administration including procurement, facilities maintenance, and visitor reception;
  8. Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
