Job description

One of our client-leading ladies' salon brands is looking to hire a General Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sector.

Position : General Administrator (Accounting, HR & administration)

Location : Dubai

Company : Ladies Beauty Salon

Package Salary : AED 5,000 per month.

Benefits : Medical Insurance and UAE Residency permit will be issued.

Annual Leave Allowance : as per labor law (in case of public holiday, you may need to work and will be compensated with another day off).

Employment Type : Full-time.

Working Hours per Week : up to 48 hours.

Probation Period : 6 months - after successful completion of which, your service will be confirmed.

General Accounting

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in the accounting software.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by complying with financial policies and regulations.
  • Maintain historical records by filing documents.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the salon inventory.
  • Review all purchase orders and invoices and received items for accuracy.
  • Collect cash from the salons on a weekly basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Administrative Assistant Recruitment activities (if required)

  • Prepare and post job openings.
  • Manage recruitment email correspondence.
  • Manage recruitment tracker sheet.
  • Follow up with PRO regarding new visa issuance and trade licenses.

Executive Assistance activities :

  • Support various business operations tasks when required.
  • Support business executives with :
