Job Description

The RTR Specialist is responsible for supporting the hotels supported by the Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC). Key activities include month-end closing, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, tax reporting, and daily cash journal management.

The role reports to the Record to Report Supervisor.

Position Summary
  • Manage specific month-end activities
  • Maintain Fixed Cost Register, ensuring it accurately reflects all contracts
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare VAT reconciliations and VAT returns
  • Review hotel P&L statements and prepare necessary adjustments
  • Prepare hotel monthly financial reports
  • Manage daily cash journal preparation
  • Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
  • Perform additional tasks as required by business operations
