Work Locations

UAE Shared Service Centre Ras Al Khaimah Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa, Al Maareedh Street Ras Al Khaimah TBD

The RTR Specialist is responsible for supporting the hotels supported by the Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC). Key responsibilities include Month-end closing activities, Financial reporting, Balance Sheet reconciliation, Tax reporting, and Daily Cash journal management.

The role reports to the Record to Report Supervisor.

Position Summary:
  • Manage specific month-end activity processes
  • Maintain Fixed Cost Register ensuring it accurately reflects all contracts
  • Perform Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Prepare VAT reconciliation and VAT return
  • Review hotel P&L and prepare necessary adjustments
  • Prepare hotel monthly financial reports
  • Manage Daily Cash journal
  • Assist in documentation for internal/external audits
  • Perform other tasks as required by business operations

  • Strong analytical skills for large data sets
  • Ability to collaborate with team members both in-office and remotely
  • Capability to learn and perform essential functions independently after training
  • Solid accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Financial and DMS systems, especially Navision and preferably Docuware
