As a General Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in managing our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of real estate project accounts, and supporting strategic decision-making with timely reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including project-related transactions and cost tracking.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in line with standards.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for ongoing developments.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., VAT, property tax).
• Support internal audits and liaise with external auditors when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA is a plus).
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate developer
• Solid understanding of project-based accounting and cost allocation.
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
