• Hands-on experience delivering image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems in real-world or production environments.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers across MEA and US regions.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving GenAI tech.
• Strong technical and business judgment; Russian proficiency required for CIS markets.

• Design and deliver AIGC solutions including text/image/video generation with brand consistency.
• Architect production-grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models and VLMs.
• Develop agentic workflows for multi-stage tasks with human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Advise on model selection, cost, latency, and governance topics like IP and safety.
• Own GenAI POCs to translate customer feedback into platform requirements.

• Strategic Sales Partnership: Partner with regional Sales teams to identify, qualify, and shape Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI (AIGC) opportunities, translating creative and business requirements into scalable solutions for stakeholders from C-level to engineering teams.
• Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and deliver AIGC solutions including text/image/video generation with brand consistency, Vision-Language Model (VLM) workflows for semantic analysis, and advanced prompt engineering or chaining.
• Production Pipeline Architecture: Architect production‑grade GenAI pipelines utilizing diffusion models, VLMs, and LoRA/adapter‑based fine‑tuning while using orchestration frameworks like ComfyUI and custom orchestrators.
• Agentic Workflow Design: Develop agentic AIGC workflows where autonomous agents interpret intent, invoke generation analysis, and coordinate multi‑stage tasks including retries and human‑in‑the‑loop approvals.
• Technical Advisory & Governance: Act as a trusted advisor on model selection trade‑offs, cost and latency optimization, and critical governance topics such as IP protection, content safety, and watermarking.
• Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: Own AIGC POCs to ensure measurable outcomes, translate customer feedback into platform requirements to influence product roadmaps, and support post‑sales success to drive upsell of advanced capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre‑Sales Engineer, or similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Hands‑on experience delivering image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems within real‑world or production environments.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and United States (US) regions.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with rapidly evolving GenAI technologies.
• Strong technical and business judgment skills.
• Russian Language Proficiency: Russian business proficiency is required. Russian is required for managing stakeholders and business growth in the CIS market and effective communication with clients and partners across the EMEA/CIS regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer Science or Engineering degree with deep expertise in Diffusion models, VLMs, and prompt engineering/chaining.
• Practical experience building agentic GenAI workflows using orchestration platforms like n8n, including tool‑calling, function execution, and stateful workflows.
• Experience in multi‑stage creative workflows, GPU inference optimization, and managing quality/latency/cost trade‑offs.
• Prior experience working with customers in Media, Entertainment, Advertising, Gaming, Ecommerce, and social platforms.
• Background in solution architecture for AIGC platforms, VLM‑driven systems, or AI infrastructure platforms.
• Strong understanding of Public Cloud services, including GPU compute, edge delivery (CDN), and security for media pipelines.
