Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a senior designer with GenAI expertise to lead the adoption of Engage Studio's GenAI Creative tools within Marketing, translating creative requirements into prioritized product inputs and ensuring brand-compliant campaign production.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand, AI Hub, technology and agencies, deliver scalable visuals, and enable teams through templates, guidelines, and hands-on enablement for FAB campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Hands-on graphic design with multi-channel production.
• Experience with GenAI-enabled creative tools.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Brand and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Create and assess campaign assets and visuals across channels.
• Use GenAI to generate, refine, and evaluate concepts.
• Ensure outputs meet brand guidelines and accessibility requirements.
• Support adoption with practical demonstrations and templates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, agencies and product teams.
