- Bachelor of Education or relevant bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Business at GCSE level.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality GCSE Business lessons aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Cover business ownership, marketing, finance, operations, HR and external influences.
- Use real-world case studies to connect theory with practice and develop commercial awareness.
- Prepare students for GCSE examinations through structured practice and revision.
- Provide timely feedback to improve analytical writing and business reasoning.
- Differentiate instructions to meet varied attainment levels and confidence.
