Guildhall is currently seeking a Marketing Director on behalf of our client, a leading organization in the Oil and Gas industry. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing sales strategies, client acquisition, and market expansion for oilfield services in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), with a focus on drilling & workover, coiled tubing & fracturing, EOR (chemical/gas injection), and digital oilfield solutions (smart wells, remote monitoring, data analytics). Key Responsibilities: Project Development • Develop annual sales plans for GCC markets, targeting drilling & workover, coiled tubing services, fracturing, EOR, and digital oilfield solutions. • Lead technical sales engagements, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver customized EOR/digital solutions and managing the bid process (technical proposals, commercial pricing, contract negotiations). Market Research • Lead teams on GCC market trends (e.g., Saudi unconventional gas, UAE unconventional oil/gas, Kuwait heavy oil, Oman EOR and fracturing). • Monitor GCC energy policies and their impact on service demand. Competitive Research • Study the business situation of regional competitors, combine customer needs and local oil and gas industry conditions, and design targeted business development competition plans. Customer Maintenance • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with NOC departments (field development, reservoir management, digital transformation teams). • Organize technical workshops to showcase EOR case studies (e.g., polymer drive, CO drive) and digital solutions (e.g., AI-driven drilling optimization, real-time downhole monitoring). • Participate in customer access to the network, project qualification pre-review and clarification. • According to project needs, go to the site to conduct surveys, obtain information on camps, roads, construction sites, logistics, etc., and form a project survey report. Market Development & Project Advancement • Cooperate with leadership to assess acquired projects and coordinate feasibility analysis by leveraging resources. • For key projects, organize research and prepare preliminary advancement plans. • Disassemble bid documents and organize bid submission including clarifications and commercial research. • Assist successful delivery of the project, supervise implementation and follow-up execution Performance Indicators • Undertake the sales performance indicators of the GCC region. • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, maintain key client relationships, and enhance the company’s technical brand presence in the region.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Preferred majors: Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, or Digital Technologies • 5+ years in international oilfield services marketing or 3+ years in MENA region oilfield marketing • Hands-on experience in drilling/workover, coiled tubing, fracturing, EOR, or digital oilfields • Familiarity with service contracts (day-rate, lump-sum) • NOC vendor approvals (e.g., Saudi Aramco) preferred • Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure • Willingness to travel or be based overseas for site surveys or assignments
