Job summary

A leading company in oilfield services is seeking a Drilling Manager based in Dubai. The role is focused on developing sales strategies and market expansion in the GCC region, particularly related to drilling and workover solutions. Candidates should have over 3 years of related experience, alongside a Bachelor’s degree and strong expertise in well control and drilling services.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in drilling/workover.

Other Skills: Hands-on experience in drilling/workover, coiled tubing/fracturing, EOR, or digital oilfield projects, with knowledge of service contracts (day-rate, lump-sum).and existing relationships with NOCs (e.g., Saudi Aramco s approved vendor list) are a plus.

1.Responsible for developing sales strategies, client acquisition, and market expansion for oilfield services in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), with a focus on drilling & workover, coiled tubing & fracturing, EOR (chemical/gas injection), and digital oilfield solutions (smart wells, remote monitoring, data analytics).

2.Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, maintain key client relationships, and enhance the company's technical brand presence in the region.
