ADNH Catering is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support operations across the UAE and KSA from Abu Dhabi. You will draft, review and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts, advise Sales, Supply Chain and HR, and ensure regulatory compliance. You may participate in M&A and data protection initiatives and travel as needed.

The ideal candidate is a Qualified Solicitor with strong commercial experience and GCC regulatory knowledge, willing to travel to meet business needs.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor in a common law jurisdiction.
• Strong commercial legal experience.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of GCC regulations.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts.
• Support Sales, Supply Chain and HR on legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
