Job summary

Quadcode is hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to scale creator partnerships across the GCC, with emphasis on Saudi Arabia, UAE and Kuwait. The role requires a hands-on operator with an established local network who can translate creator relationships into brand visibility and measurable acquisition results.

You will own end-to-end influencer campaigns, manage negotiations and approvals, and report performance with clear insights for optimization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or influencer-marketing agencies.
• Established network with influencer agencies, talent managers and creators in the GCC.
• Strong understanding of outreach, trust-building and response rate improvements.

Responsibilities

• Source, assess and build long-term relationships with creators and influencers in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait).
• Manage influencer collaborations end-to-end: outreach, briefs, approvals, delivery and reporting.
• Develop a pipeline of high-quality creators, talent managers and agencies (300k+ followers).
• Track and report performance; share insights to scale or optimize campaigns.
