Quadcode is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale creator partnerships across the GCC, with a primary focus on Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. This hands-on role requires an established local network to turn creator relationships into brand visibility and measurable acquisition results.

You will source, manage, and optimize influencer collaborations end to end, track performance, and support offline events across the GCC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Established GCC network with influencers, agencies and managers.
• Proven ability to improve outreach response rates and build trust.
• Experience managing campaigns from outreach to reporting.
• Understanding of brand awareness and performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of GCC culture and creator-market dynamics.
• Native-level Arabic and confident English (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Source and build long-term creator relationships across the GCC.
• Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations: outreach, briefs, approvals, delivery.
• Maintain a pipeline of 300k+ follower creators and agencies.
• Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support local events and creator activations across GCC.
• Represent the company to creators, agencies, and partners.
