Job summary

Nabati Food PTE LTD in Dubai seeks a Regional Demand Planner – GCC (FMCG) to deliver accurate, consensus-driven demand forecasts for GCC markets. You will lead the demand planning stream of the S&OP process, collaborating with commercial, distributors, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure executable plans.

You will own rolling forecasts by SKU and market, incorporate promotions and seasonality, coordinate monthly reviews with distributors, and translate inputs into a regional plan to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of demand planning or forecasting experience in FMCG.
• Experience with distributors and regional S&OP processes is preferred.
• Experience across multiple GCC markets is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on with Pipeline Tool and strong S&OP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling demand forecasts at SKU and market level across GCC countries.
• Own demand planning activities within the Pipeline Tool and ensure timely updates.
• Incorporate distributor forecasts, promotions, seasonality, pricing actions, and lifecycle changes.
• Lead monthly demand review meetings with distributors and align inputs with commercial plans.
• Lead the demand planning pillar of the monthly S&OP cycle for the GCC region.
• Provide scenario analysis to support supply feasibility, inventory strategy, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with supply planning and logistics to align plans with constraints and manage stock risk.
• Track KPIs and report insights for regional management reviews.
