Role Overview

As a GCC Company Formation Sales Manager, you will help shape the evolution of the sales strategy, contribute to platform enhancements, and scale the company's market presence across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring a performance-driven and accountable culture.
  • As a GCC Company Formation Sales Manager, drive expansion across the GCC by leveraging in-depth regulatory knowledge of jurisdictions such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.

  • In-depth understanding of company formation regulations in at least 23 GCC countries.
  • Track record of meeting commercial targets and using data to inform strategy.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales platforms, and tech collaboration.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive approach to refining service offerings.
