GCC-Based Startup Fundraising Partner - Consultant / Advisor (Success-Fee Only)

Location: GCC

We are seeking a highly connected Fundraising Consultant or Advisor to assist us in raising our strategic round, focusing on the UAE, KSA, and Qatar.

Our mission is to build a category-defining climate-resilient DeepTech Agri platform that combines AI, Robotics (Patented), and Real-time Market Intelligence to shape the future of food systems across GCC, SEA, and beyond.

Our bold mission: to tackle urgent global challenges — climate change, food security, and sustainable agritech — through scalable, tech-led innovation. Backed by MoUs and early commercial wins across the GCC, we are currently raising $XM to scale operations, deploy our platform, and expand AI & Robotics capabilities.

Your Mission:

  1. Leverage your network of Family Offices, Corporate VCs, Climate / AgriTech-focused funds, and Innovation Agencies across the GCC.
  2. Secure warm introductions, discovery calls, and soft commitments.
  3. Act as a bridge between investors and INNOFarms.AI, facilitating pitch conversations, updates, and follow-ups.
  4. Strategize with the Founder on closing rounds, pitching local ESG mandates, and co-investment opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Strong network and prior fundraising experience in the GCC region.
  2. Connections with Family Offices, Corporate VCs, Gov PPP Programs, or sector-focused angel syndicates.
  3. Knowledge of AgriTech / Climate / DeepTech is a plus.
  4. Self-driven, credible, and aligned with impact-driven innovation.

Compensation:

  1. Success fee: a percentage of capital raised (negotiable).
  2. Optional advisory equity for highly engaged contributors.
