Job summary

Kings College Hospital Dubai is seeking a Gastroenterology Motility and Procedure Nurse (RN) to perform and manage GI motility studies and related procedures. The role covers education, procedure prep, and post-procedure care in collaboration with gastroenterologists.

You will monitor patients, ensure equipment function, administer breath tests, support capsule endoscopy prep, and educate families. DHA license and 2 years hospital experience required.

Qualifications

• DHA license required to practice in UAE.
• Registered Nurse with valid RN registration from eligible countries.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with GI motility studies and related tests.
• Ensure correct technique and optimal functioning of motility equipment.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure support and patient education.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall wellbeing during procedures.
• Identify complications promptly and ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate orders review, scheduling, and liaise with referring physicians.
