Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified Gastroenterologist with proven expertise in Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal, hepatic, and pancreaticobiliary disorders, with a strong emphasis on advanced endoscopic procedures. The role requires both outpatient and inpatient care, participation in multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage conditions related to the digestive system, liver, pancreas, and biliary tract
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to
  • Upper GI endoscopy (EGD)
  • Colonoscopy and sigmoidoscopy
  • ERCP (mandatory requirement)
  • Endoscopic ultrasound (if applicable)
  • Manage complex biliary and pancreatic diseases through ERCP (e.g., stone extraction, stent placement, strictures)
  • Interpret laboratory and imaging studies to support diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Provide inpatient consultations, including emergency cases related to GI bleeding or biliary obstruction
  • Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and hepatologists for comprehensive patient management
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with regulatory standards
