Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of Oil & Gas Operations, performance and planning experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and management skills; English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Advise on asset business issues to optimize resource utilization and costs.
- Provide feedback on asset performance, budgets and strategic plans.
- Monitor asset delivery to production targets and coordinate with management.
- Review gas assets' operation plans, budgets and performance inputs.
- Support governance, HSE compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare MIS inputs and participate in performance reporting.
