Mira Apparel is seeking a salesperson to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, preferably within the fashion or garment industry, and should be able to manage customer relationships effectively, meet sales targets, and contribute to expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients within the UAE garment market, including retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts.
- Present and promote the company’s products (garments, fabrics, and accessories) to clients, highlighting key selling points and value propositions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients to secure business deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management regularly.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within the garment industry.Strong knowledge of the UAE market, including key customers, competitors, and trends in the garment sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.Fluency in EnglishValid UAE driving license is preferred.
