You will maintain trackers, prepare quotations and reports, monitor timelines, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders. Strong Excel/Office skills, English fluency, and proactive work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment merchandising within uniforms, apparel or fashion.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent English, spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating client enquiries, quotations, samples, approvals, orders and deliveries.
• Liaising with clients, fabric and trim suppliers, factories and internal teams.
• Following up on fabric, trims, sizing, samples, production, quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintaining order trackers, critical paths, production schedules and client records.
• Preparing quotations, purchase orders, reports, presentations and other documents.
• Keeping stakeholders updated and escalating delays early.
