Job description

• Planting – trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass based on the landscape design.

• Watering and Irrigation – ensuring plants receive the right amount of water manually or by maintaining irrigation systems.

• Pruning and Trimming – cutting back overgrown plants, trees, and hedges to keep them healthy and neat.

• Weeding and Pest Control – removing weeds and applying eco-friendly pesticides or fertilizers.

• Soil Maintenance – checking soil health, adding compost or fertilizer as needed.

• Lawn Care – mowing, edging, aerating, and reseeding lawns.

• Seasonal Maintenance – planting seasonal flowers, clearing fallen leaves, and preparing gardens for summer or winter.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in gardening or landscape maintenance, showcasing practical skills and knowledge.
• Experience with organic gardening methods is preferred, reflecting an understanding of sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
• Proficiency in using gardening tools and machinery, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• A degree in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field enhances understanding of plant biology and care techniques.
