Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel is seeking a dedicated Gardener to support the upkeep and enhancement of our landscaped gardens and outdoor areas in the pristine Hajar Mountains near Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of gardening or landscaping experience, solid knowledge of plant care, irrigation, pruning, and lawn maintenance, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of gardening or landscaping experience, preferably in hospitality.
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, pruning, planting, and lawn maintenance.
Able to identify plant diseases and pests and take corrective action.
Experience operating and maintaining basic gardening tools safely.
Good understanding of horticultural and landscaping practices.
Physically fit to work outdoors in varying weather.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic communication skills in English.
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
