Overview

We are looking for a responsible Garage Transport Foreman to manage and supervise all garage operations, including vehicle repair, maintenance, and workshop store management. The ideal candidate must have experience in handling spare parts stock, workshop tools, and vehicle servicing — and be fluent in Malayalam and English to communicate effectively with the team and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the vehicle maintenance and repair workshop.
• Supervise repair work on company vehicles.
• Manage and monitor spare parts inventory and workshop tools.
• Receive, store, and issue spare parts and materials as per requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely reordering of stock.
• Assign and supervise work for mechanics and workshop staff.
• Ensure proper safety and cleanliness of the workshop and store area.
• Prepare reports related to maintenance, vehicle status, and parts usage.
• Communicate with vendors for spare parts and service requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in a garage/workshop environment.
