Job summary

Bagsair Auto repairing in Dubai seeks a seasoned garage supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring timely, high-quality service and vehicle safety.

You will lead mechanics and technicians, provide training and support to grow skills, and maintain accurate records for repairs, services and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology or management is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• ASE certification or equivalent is strongly preferred to demonstrate technical proficiency and commitment to the industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively, showcasing strong organizational skills.
