Palm N Patterns LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Licensed Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural drawings and details
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and site teams
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications
• Supervise structural works on site
• Support villa, swimming pool, and landscape projects from design through execution

Requirements

• Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Structural Engineer License (Mandatory)

• Experience in Luxury Villa Construction
• Good knowledge of Villa Interior Fit‑Out
• Experience in Swimming Pool Structural Design & Construction
• Knowledge of Landscape Structures and external works
• Ability to prepare and review structural drawings and shop drawings

• UAE driving licence is an advantage
