Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage FX/MM/Islamic product settlements, ensuring accurate deal capture and correct settlement instructions. You will verify counterparties and ensure matched confirmations, enabling error-free settlements and timely payments.

The role involves using Murex Matcher and Finastra systems, managing daily workflows, and supporting global entities. Strong treasury product knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• Knowledge of treasury products and accounting.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input, review, and verify volume and KPI reports.
• Validate and release payments from Murex after checking status in matching systems.
• Ensure commercial payments are processed by uploading into the remittance workflow system.
• Monitor group emails and take appropriate action.
• Manage daily workflow for ECP/CP/CD across NBAD entities and prepare HK FMD entries.
• Follow up with dealers/clients on rollovers and release from Murex.
• Send NDF confirmations to clients and release of agreed amounts from Murex.
• Ensure trade validation and payment queues in Murex are clear at EOD.
• Clear Swift Alliance verification queues at EOD.
• Handle settlement processes for global entities (London, Oman, Hong Kong, Cayman).
• Liaise with GM, Clients and GMO desks for deal queries.
• Coordinate with Reconciliation for Islamic overnight deals.
• Coordinate with Investigations for customer queries.
• Participate in CLS/shift/holiday rotation to ensure BAU for local and global ops.
• Support FAB International locations centralized within head office Global Market Operations.
