Job description

Our Future Leaders program is an 18-month learning journey, starting from entry-level roles up to the first managerial position. It includes on-the-job training and learning courses related to your role to enhance your experience and knowledge.

Job Overview :

The Future Leader will support the sales team in promoting and selling Miral’s destinations and attractions internationally. Main responsibilities include assisting with sales strategies, planning and executing events, managing client relationships, collaborating on promotional campaigns, monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks.

This role also requires attending international roadshows, workshops, and events. Additionally, it will support the sales teams for Abu Dhabi’s portfolio and new projects in implementing and executing sales strategies.

Job Scope :

  • Assist the sales team in partner meetings, stakeholder relationships, and assessing key market requirements.
  • Generate and track all opportunities and formulate sales reports using CRM system.
  • Qualify client inquiries and negotiate event rates as per sales strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing action plans and strategies to ensure revenue growth across all products.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, including trade shows, client meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Communicate sales campaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment.
  • Maintain customer database with up-to-date profiles.
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts, negotiating prices and discounts with senior management.
  • Attend international and domestic roadshows, exhibitions, and events.
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information, and clarify customer requests.
  • Support departmental and organizational missions by completing related tasks.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure efficient sales results.
  • Conduct client site inspections and FAM trips.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams on organizing events and MICE activities.

Education Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Business field

Work Experience :

Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of work experience
