- Interpreting blueprints and drawing up plans to determine materials required and action.

- planning the construction of furniture pieces, scheduling work tasks, and executing projects according to design specifications and timelines.

- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and smoothing materials according to design.

- Working with designers and suppliers to ensure integration of project plans.

- Providing guidance to junior carpenters or team members.

- Constructing building frameworks including walls, floors, and doorframes.

- Installing features such as doors, cabinets, kitchens, and paneling.

- Ensuring structures are level, square, and securely assembled.

- Proficiency in operating machinery such as sliding saw table, planner, thicknessor and bander.

- Proficiency in joinery techniques, furniture assembly, finishing methods.

- Optimize material usage efficiency and quality control.

-Compliance with safety and health regulations.

- Prepare wooden surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
