This impressive and reputable law firm is actively seeking to add a Funds lawyer to either its Dubai or Abu Dhabi office.

There exists a preference for the applicant to already be based in the UAE; however, the role is very open to those wishing to move to the region from overseas. If this is the case, applicants will need strong motivations for seeking a move to the UAE.

Applicants are expected to have experience in fund formation, investment, institutional clients, SWFs, and need a solid working understanding of fund documentation.
