Job description

Tier 1 Funds practice are looking to hire a top-class Associate / Senior Associate to their Dubai team.

This team advises sponsors, managers, sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) and institutional investors on structuring and establishing investment funds (including Shari’a compliant funds), co-investments, segregated managed accounts, bespoke investment structures, joint ventures and cross-border M&A.

Lawyers in the London and Hong Kong market are of particular interest; however, those based in other markets are encouraged to get in touch.
