Job description

An established international law firm with a market-leading offshore funds practice is seeking to hire a junior associate to join its growing Dubai office. This is a rare opportunity to work on complex cross-border investment funds matters while building a long-term career in a vibrant, cosmopolitan legal hub.

The Dubai team operates as part of a globally integrated network advising many of the world s largest asset managers, private equity houses, and institutional investors on the structuring, formation, and regulation of offshore investment funds.

The role involves exposure to high-value mandates and the chance to work alongside a highly experienced partnership with a strong track record of developing junior talent.

Key Requirements:

• Admission in a recognised common law jurisdiction (e.g., England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Canada).
• 0 3 years' PQE gained within a top-tier onshore or offshore law firm.
• Demonstrated experience advising on investment funds and related regulatory matters.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills.
• Commercial approach, ability to manage competing priorities, and a clear commitment to relocating to Dubai on a long-term basis.
