A Dubai-based renewable infrastructure fund is looking to appoint a Fund Modelling Associate as it builds out a newly formed portfolio team. This is a business-critical, newly created position offering significant exposure across the fund’s operations as it gears up for its next fundraising cycle.

Working directly with the Managing Partners and supporting an active front office, you’ll play a central role in shaping how the fund models performance, risk, and future growth. You’ll act as a key business partner across teams, Finance, Investor Relations, and Investments, taking ownership of the fund modelling process and delivering the analysis that underpins strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include :

• Build and maintain detailed fund-level models, incorporating project-level inputs from the investment team
• Carry out scenario and sensitivity analysis to support commercial decision-making
• Take ownership of the valuation process and fund performance analytics
• Collaborate closely with Investor Relations to support fundraising and produce investor materials
• Present directly to senior stakeholders, including the Managing Partners
• Provide broad support to live deals and portfolio initiatives as the fund continues to scale
• Support ad hoc strategic projects across the fund, including new product development, portfolio optimisation, and operational improvement initiatives as the platform scales

Requirements include :

• Accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA) or CFA is strongly desired but not essential
• Around 7+ years’ experience, with a strong foundation in modelling, valuation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Background in Big 4, consulting, or fund-side roles, ideally with infrastructure or real assets exposure
• Strong technical modelling capability, particularly at the fund level. Experience with closed-end private equity fund structures is essential.

The firm are paying a competitive salary package with a performance based bonus. They are also willing to provide a relocation package.
