  1. Present and sell complex financial products, including structured real estate funds and alternative investment vehicles.
  2. Conduct detailed product presentations, investment illustrations, ROI models, and scenario analyses for potential investors.
  3. Customize offerings for various investor segments based on risk appetite, investment goals, and return timelines.

  1. Serve as the key point of contact for investors post-investment, ensuring timely communication, reporting, and satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for documentation, onboarding, and fund governance.
  3. Provide detailed updates to investors regarding project progress, financial performance, and distribution timelines.
  1. Recommend strategies to enhance investor engagement and improve fund visibility.

  2. Demonstrated experience in raising funds for real estate or hospitality-backed private equity.
  3. Prior experience working in or selling hospitality-focused investment products is a strong advantage.
  4. Deep understanding of financial products, IRRs, equity multiples, term sheets, and exit mechanisms.
  5. Strong network of HNIs/UHNIs, family offices, and wealth intermediaries.
  6. Proven ability to close high-value transactions independently.
