Fund administration Officer

Minimum Requirements

1. Must possess adequate professional experience by virtue of having previously carried out similar activities at a high level of responsibility and autonomy.
2. Have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in the investment fund industry.
3. Knowledge of Master-Feeder fund structures.
4. University degree, preferably in economics/business, legal, or finance.
5. Very strong customer orientation and solution-orientation skills.
6. Very good organizational and communication skills, with an ability to work independently and proactively.
7. Excellent team spirit, availability, and flexibility.
8. Excellent communication skills, with strong professional English language capability.

Your Role in the Team

1. Product & Business Support.
2. Ensure a great client experience across all funds in line with company standards, procedures, and guidelines.
3. Work with Service Providers and key internal and external stakeholders to implement, monitor and maintain service level agreements.
4. Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external operational-related queries and liaise with Service providers to resolve and report issues in a timely manner.
5. Support clients & fund managers on day-to-day activities – including but not limited to client queries, Corporate Actions, subscription form template, prospectus, DDQ, RFPs.
6. Oversight of fund administration and custodian teams.
7. Liaising with all intermediaries and external agents such as new business introducers, legal advisors, and auditors in respect of team clients.
8. Undertake processes related to Feeder Fund set up.
9. Feeder fee management including ensuring fee arrangements are appropriate.
