About The Team & Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business. Our alternative asset and accounting services are highly respected in the industry. Continuous investment in learning and technology ensures our team can deliver seamless client experiences.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Prepare periodic financial reports for institutional clients, including Net Asset Value calculations, and prepare Statements of Assets and Liabilities and Profit and Loss Statements.
• Execute financial control procedures covering assets, liabilities, income, expenses, and equity.
• Complete cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations independently; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process notices related to capital calls and distributions on portfolio fund holdings.
• Maintain communication with client operations staff, banks, custodians, and brokers.
• Monitor compliance with service agreements.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and launching new funds.
• Participate in fiscal year-end audits and provide necessary information to auditors.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to meet client needs.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

About You:

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a professional accounting designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the financial industry or public accounting is advantageous.
