We are looking for individuals who would like to further their careers in the Technical Industry. This position will be a blend between a functional consultant and a project manager. You will be working with a team that is responsible for implementing projects and for helping Odoo customers with the use of their Odoo business apps.

Responsibilities

Project Management

Organize and follow up on Odoo implementations

Analyze customer needs

Help with the configuration of the software

Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials)

Negotiate the required resources

Follow and check the development aspect

Must Have

Relevant Bachelors Degree

Ability to understand business processes

Fluent in Turkish and English

Problem solver, Solution-oriented

Accountancy Qualification

Previous experience working with all forms of financial accounts within an organisation

Affinity with the IT world

Nice to Have

Knowledge in accounting and/or Supply Chain Management

Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive

Belonging to the Services department, our Functional team is mainly responsible for implementing our software solution to our customer's business. You'll work on several different projects at the same time. You won't have time to get bored as each project is different, depending on the type of industry your client works in or the type of apps that need to be implemented.

  • Analyze the project requirements and suggest solutions
  • Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development)
  • Make your customer an Odoo champion (training)
  • Follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks

You will quickly be involved in some of your colleagues’ project as a first step, and then you will progressively be responsible of your own ones. You will work with the help of your colleagues but in total autonomy which is an opportunity for you to learn fast.
