Full-Time Remote Social Media & Community Assistant Alysworlds

About Us:

We are a growing online community dedicated to anime, fantasy, TV series, and fandom storytelling. Our focus is on deep storytelling, creative engagement, and building a loyal community. As we expand, we’re looking for a full-time Social Media Assistant to support our content and audience growth across platforms.

Role Overview:

We seek someone who is active online and familiar with fandom culture, especially anime, pop culture, and story-driven content. This is a full-time (8 hours/day), fully remote position within the UAE. You will work closely with our content team to plan, post, and engage on various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posts on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs promptly and courteously
• Track trends, memes, and relevant content to share or adapt
• Assist with scheduling and content planning
• Collaborate with the team on creative ideas and campaigns
• Monitor analytics and provide basic performance reports

Who We’re Looking For:

• Based in the UAE with a remote work setup
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and platforms
• Familiarity with anime, fantasy, fandoms, and storytelling cultures
• Reliable, organized, and proactive
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with tools like Canva, scheduling apps (e.g., Later, Buffer), and light video editing is a plus
