We are seeking a poised and personable Receptionist to be the face and first point of contact for our luxury beauty salon. The ideal candidate is a customer service champion who delivers exceptional guest experiences with elegance, efficiency, and professionalism. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to manage a dynamic front desk with grace and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out process.

Manage appointments, bookings, and walk-ins using salon software.

Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and client inquiries with courtesy and clarity.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it reflects the salon’s high aesthetic standards.

Promote salon services, treatments, and retail products effectively.

Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

Coordinate schedules with stylists, therapists, and management.

Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Support the team with administrative duties and ensure compliance with hygiene protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience in a front-desk or customer service role (experience in a salon or spa is a plus).

Proficient in appointment scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
