Job description

We are looking for a skilled FullStack Developer with 5 years of experience to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a developer with strong expertise in NestJS and cloud technologies (AWS or equivalent).

• Work on all aspects of the core product day-to-day.
• Own the features you work on from day one, from technical discussion to release.
• Collaborate with the Product team during grooming sessions to provide technical input.
• Test the code you write, including e2e functional tests and unit tests.
• Work with colleagues on support issues, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Qualifications:

Frontend:

• Proficiency in frameworks and/or libraries.
• Experience with Typescript, ES6, and OOP principles in JavaScript.
• Ability to create cross-browser and cross-device compatible web applications.
• Experience with CSS3 and preprocessors.
• Knowledge of functional and unit testing for web applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (GIT, GitHub).
• Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack or Gulp) is a plus.

Backend:

• Expertise in NestJS.
• Experience in developing backend services.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests for APIs.

Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (mandatory).

Preferred:

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
