Job summary

GDIT is seeking an accomplished Full Stack Engineer to build and enhance core services supporting customer intake, screening, and data dissemination. The role demands ownership across the stack and strong collaboration in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

You will mentor developers, resolve performance bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions that scale. Experience with React, Java, distributed systems, and cloud platforms is essential in an Agile/Scrum setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on React development.
• Strong background in Java-based web development and distributed systems.
• Proven experience building production-grade React applications.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
