Job Title: Full Stack Development Lead (Cloudmon) with 10 years experience

Work Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Duration: Permanent Full Time OnSite Long Term

Role Summary: Full Stack Development Lead with over 10 years of experience to guide the development team in building and scaling our monitoring tool. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both frontend and backend development with a strong track record of leading teams and driving successful project delivery. Additionally, experience with PowerBI is considered an advantage.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on monitoring solutions.
3. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols including WMI, SNMP, Netflow, and TCP/IP.
4. Knowledge of databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB, etc.
5. Familiarity with web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx).
6. Prior experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
2. Familiarity with monitoring and performance optimization tools.
3. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack solutions for our monitoring tool. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
2. Architect scalable and efficient solutions using Angular, MongoDB, Socket, TypeScript, Redis, and RabbitMQ. Ensure the implementation of best practices and design patterns.
3. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
4. Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards. Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
5. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends. Advocate for and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance our development processes and product capabilities.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
7. Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
8. Drive troubleshooting and debugging efforts.
9. Maintain thorough documentation of system architecture, design decisions, and technical processes.
