Full Stack Developer

Remote | Immediate Start Preferred

About the Role

We are building a next-generation, web-based platform to reshape how job seekers and employers connect using intelligent skill matching, dynamic resume parsing, and personalized learning journeys.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be instrumental in delivering the first product version. You'll build core user-facing features, integrate AI-powered services, and lay the groundwork for a scalable, skill-first platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys end-to-end ownership, and wants to make an impact from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Build multi-step onboarding flows and interactive dashboards with React.js / Next.js
• Develop and integrate backend services for resume parsing, skill scoring, and personalized course recommendations
• Implement secure SSO authentication and role-based access control (for job seekers, employers, and admins)
• Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps to ship clean, documented, and scalable features
• Enable job seekers to download customized resumes, track upskilling progress, and explore role-fit opportunities
• Build APIs and data models to support profile scoring, subscription flows, and user engagement

Required Technical Skills :

• React.js / Next.js for building onboarding flows, dashboards, and dynamic UIs
• Tailwind CSS / Material UI for responsive design, reusable components, and clean visual styling
• FastAPI / Node.js (NestJS) to build scalable backend services and APIs for resume parsing, scoring, and recommendations
• PostgreSQL / MongoDB for managing structured (user profiles, jobs) and unstructured (resumes, logs) data
• Auth0 / OAuth 2.0 to implement secure authentication, passwordless login, and role-based access control
• GCP / AWS for cloud deployment, service orchestration, and infrastructure scaling

General Requirements

• 4+ years of full stack development experience
• Hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend frameworks
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced sprint cycles
• Strong communication and documentation habits
• Experience delivering MVPs or working in early-stage teams is a strong plus

Bonus Points

• Experience with resume parsing, document classification, or recruitment platforms
• Familiarity with AI / LLM integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Vertex AI)
• Exposure to edtech or learning recommendation systems
• Understanding of gamified UX, scoring systems, or SaaS design
• Knowledge of accessibility and performance best practices
