• Position : Full Stack Developer & Data Migration Specialist
• Number of Resources : 2
• Period of Engagement : 6 months
• Experience Required : Minimum 5 years in data migration projects
• Location : Primarily onsite with flexibility for remote work as needed

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and implement data migration strategies.
2. Develop custom ETL tools using Microsoft Full Stack technologies.
3. Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of migration issues.
4. Provide post-migration support and create user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Microsoft Full Stack Development (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server)
• Experience in React JS and Software AG webMethods
• At least 5 years of experience with SharePoint and MS SQL Server, including data migration expertise.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale data migration projects with successful outcomes.
• Experience in data governance and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Azure Data Services and cloud-based migration tools.
