Full Stack Developer AI & Prompt Engineering Focus

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team. This role requires a strong balance of technical proficiency, creativity, and a deep understanding of modern web technologies, AI integration, and client-focused delivery.

You will work across the full project lifecycle from conception to deployment collaborating with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to build custom software solutions that meet our solutions and our clients needs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain client-facing websites and applications.

Build both front-end and back-end components across a variety of tech stacks.

Implement, customize, and optimize WordPress and WooCommerce solutions.

Translate UI/UX designs into functional and performant code.

Integrate AI solutions, including chatbot frameworks and generative content tools.

Create and optimize prompts for AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Windsurf, Cursor).

Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and documentation.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Technical Requirements

3+ years of full-stack development experience using React, Node.js, and PHP.

Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce (themes, plugins, custom API integrations).

Familiarity with Shopify (Liquid, apps, customizations).

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.

Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with development tools such as Cursor, Supabase, Firebase, or similar.

AI & Prompt Engineering Requirements

Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Windsurf, Cursor).

Demonstrated ability to craft, test, and optimize AI prompts for specific outcomes.

Understanding of AI workflows in content generation, customer support, or automation.

Additional Qualifications

Experience working in a digital agency or client-facing environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting timelines.
