Job summary

D50 AI is seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Developer to own and advance our multi-engine SaaS platform from Dubai. You will develop features across the Lead Gen Content and AI Agent engines, integrate external APIs, and manage production infrastructure.

You will work directly with the founder to steer product direction in a fast-growing startup. Ideal candidates are senior, autonomous, and experienced with AI agents, multi-tenant SaaS environments, and complex databases.

Qualifications

• 1.5 years of full-stack development experience.
• 2 years working with React TypeScript tRPC Drizzle stack.
• 3 years building AI agents or agentic systems.
• Experience with complex SaaS platforms and multi-tenant payments integrations.
• Portfolio of production applications you've built.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Independent, proactive learner able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to debug complex issues across the stack.

We're looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of the entire platform and drive it forward independently.

The Role

• Position: Full-Stack Developer (Full-Time Hybrid)
• Location: Dubai UAE
• Compensation: Competitive salary equity
• Start Date: Immediate

You'll be the lead developer responsible for:

• Building and maintaining our multi-engine SaaS platform
• Implementing new features across Lead Gen Content and AI Agent engines
• Integrating external APIs (VAPI HeyGen Stripe etc.)
• Deploying and managing production infrastructure
• Working directly with the founder to shape product direction

This is a high-impact role where you'll have full ownership and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities Development (70%)

• Implement new features across all engines
• Build tRPC procedures and frontend UI
• Integrate external APIs (VAPI HeyGen Workable etc.)
• Write database migrations and queries
• Optimize performance and scalability

Infrastructure (15%)

• Deploy to Railway
• Manage environment variables and secrets
• Monitor production health
• Debug and fix issues
• Set up CI/CD pipelines

Collaboration (15%)

• Work directly with founder on product direction
• Document code and architecture
• Review and refactor existing code
• Communicate progress and blockers
• Participate in planning and strategy

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1.5 years of full-stack development experience
• 2 years working with the exact tech stack listed above (React TypeScript tRPC Drizzle)
• 3 years building AI agents or agentic systems
• Experience with complex SaaS platforms (multi-tenant payments integrations)
• Portfolio of production applications you've built
• English communication (written and verbal)
• Starter who can work independently without constant supervision
• Shooter who can debug complex issues across the stack
• Learner who can pick up new APIs and technologies quickly
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
