Job summary

OrbitronAI in Dubai is building a cutting-edge, cloud-native agentic platform. As founding member of the tech team, you will shape infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security, collaborating closely with the CTO and founders to scale quickly.

You will own critical cloud components, drive reliability, and mentor a world-class infra/devops team while leveraging GenAI frontier models and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering, with 3+ years in a lead/ownership role.
• Deep experience with cloud-native, containerized, and serverless systems (GCP preferred).
• Expertise with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Helm.
• Strong CI/CD tooling knowledge (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Experience building infrastructure from scratch in early-stage startups or zero-to-one environments.
• Bonus: Familiarity with agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or LangChain-style architectures.
• Business-aware, builder mindset: hands-on, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Ownership: Own and evolve our GCP-based infrastructure (Cloud Run, GKE, IAM, DNS, VPCs, Load Balancers)
• CI/CD & Deployment: Create scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines to support multiple AI agent releases across various environments
• Monitoring & Observability: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Cloud Monitoring)
• Security & Compliance: Implement access control, key management, and environment isolation
• Team & Culture Building: Hire, mentor, and grow a world‑class infra/devops team
