Job summary

Sky Links Capital L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong financial markets background. You will work on our back-office application connecting to liquidity providers via MT5 Manager API and collaborate with Dealing, Risk, and Operations to translate trading and operational requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate understands FX/CFD brokerage concepts such as bid/ask, spreads, margin, swaps, P&L, A/B Book, STP/ECN, liquidity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Full Stack development with C#/.NET including ASP.NET Core, Web API and EF Core.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience with hooks, component design and state management.
• Strong SQL Server or PostgreSQL skills, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication/authorization, JWT and OAuth.
• Proven FX/CFD brokerage or trading tech experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of trading lifecycle, STP/ECN, market-maker models, and P&L calculations.
• Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager or Admin API is highly preferred.
• Exposure to liquidity bridges and FIX protocol is advantageous.
• English proficiency of strong written and spoken skills.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong financial markets background to join our team.

You will work on our back-office application connecting to liquidity providers through the MT5 Manager API and collaborate directly with Dealing, Risk, and Operations teams to translate trading and operational requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate must understand the FX/CFD brokerage environment, including bid/ask, spreads, margin, swaps, commissions, P&L, A/B Book, STP/ECN, liquidity, and trade execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our back-office application using C#/.NET and React.
• Develop and extend integrations with the MT5 Manager API, including account management, trade monitoring, reporting, and risk feeds.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and real-time services.
• Work closely with Dealing, Risk, and Operations to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support the internal portal through enhancements, bug fixes, and production troubleshooting.
• Develop and optimize databases, queries, reporting, and system performance.
• Participate in code reviews, releases, and live production support.
• Contribute to the technical development and scalability of the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Full Stack development experience using C#/.NET, including ASP.NET Core, Web API, and EF Core.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience, including hooks, component design, and state management.

• Proven professional experience within an FX/CFD brokerage, liquidity provider (LP), or trading technology company is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of trading lifecycle and execution, STP/ECN and Market Maker models, A/B Book, liquidity connectivity, pricing feeds, margin, swaps, commissions, and P&L calculations.
• Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager or Admin API is highly preferred.
• Exposure to liquidity bridges such as oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid, Match-Trader, or similar is preferred.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol is an advantage.
• Experience with Azure/AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Exposure to regulated brokerage environments and multi-entity broker setups is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively.
• Comfortable supporting live, production trading-related systems.
