Job description

Scope of Work

• Build and maintain Rufescent’s digital member platform, CRM integration
• Implement real-time dashboards for sales, member access, event RSVPs
• Support automated onboarding and payment features
• Create scalable backend systems for venture and events modules

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with demonstrated work on complex web platforms. Proven experience integrating CRMs, building real-time dashboards, and handling payments or onboarding flows.

Technical Skills

• Frontend: Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Strong understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and frontend optimization.
• Backend: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar backend technologies. Experience in building scalable APIs and managing authentication and user access layers.
• Databases: Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, etc.).
• Other Tools & Integrations: Experience with real-time data tools (e.g., WebSockets, Firebase). Knowledge of third-party API integrations (e.g., Stripe for payments, Salesforce/HubSpot for CRM). Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Project & System Architecture: Ability to design scalable backend architectures to support venture modules and event-based data flows. Experience with modular, microservices-based design patterns is a plus.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities; able to work cross-functionally with design, product, and business teams. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities independently.

Preferred

Previous experience building platforms for membership-based or community-driven products. Experience with analytics dashboards and data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
