Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Full-Stack Developer with strong leadership qualities to join our team in the UAE. This role is designed for a skilled coder who is also an effective communicator and natural leader. The successful candidate will act as the on-site technical lead, coordinating between our local client environment and our remote development team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor our development team, overseeing project development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
2. Hands-On Coding: Actively contribute to coding tasks using the MERN (or similar) stack, while also driving and reviewing code across the team.
3. Client Communication: Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for client interactions, translating business needs into technical solutions.
4. Team Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication between the UAE client team and the remote team in India, ensuring project milestones are met.
5. Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Maintain an open mind towards emerging technologies. You will engage with projects involving integrated sockets, Python modules, machine learning, AI, and LLM implementations.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrable experience with full-stack development, particularly in the MERN (or equivalent) stack.
2. Proven leadership experience in a technical role, including managing or mentoring developers.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both technical teams and clients.
4. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
5. Passion for continuous learning and innovation, with an openness to work with emerging technologies including AI, ML, and advanced Python modules.
6. A youthful, energetic approach with a strong drive to explore and integrate new technological solutions.
